Cabot Medical, PLLC offers ongoing telehealth services for the management of GLP-1 medications and weight loss support through a monthly subscription model. The subscription provides continuous clinical care and professional guidance to support your health goals.

What’s Included in Your Subscription
Your monthly subscription provides comprehensive support for your GLP-1 medication management and lifestyle goals:
Direct Messaging with Your Doctor
Secure asynchronous messaging with your provider for questions, medication concerns, and non-urgent clinical guidance. This allows convenient communication without the need for a scheduled visit.
Synchronous Telehealth Visits
When clinically appropriate, you have access to real-time video or phone consultations with your provider for comprehensive evaluations, medication adjustments, and personalized treatment planning.
Continuous GLP-1 Medication Management
Ongoing clinical oversight and monitoring of your GLP-1 therapy (semaglutide, tirzepatide, and other GLP-1 receptor agonists) for weight loss and metabolic health.
Prescription Management and Refills
Continued prescription management, dose adjustments as needed, and streamlined prescription refills through our partnered mail-order pharmacy partners.
Diet and Exercise Counseling
Professional guidance and support regarding nutrition, exercise planning, and implementation of healthy dietary changes to optimize your results.
Lifestyle Modification Support
Ongoing support for sustainable lifestyle changes, behavioral coaching, and strategies to maintain long-term success with your weight loss and health goals.
Your monthly subscription does not include medication. Your GLP-1 medications are paid to the pharmaceutical companies, Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk.
Payment Information
All subscription fees are collected securely through Stripe, our payment processing partner. Your billing occurs on a monthly basis, with your subscription renewing automatically each month on the anniversary of your enrollment date.
Stripe is a secure, PCI-compliant payment processor used by millions of businesses worldwide. Your payment information is encrypted and protected according to the highest security standards.
You are responsible for associated credit card fees and credit card late fees.
In the event payment is delayed to Cabot Medical, PLLC, the company has the right to charge a 5% late fee monthly until payment is remitted.
Cancellation Policy
Your subscription may be cancelled at any time. To cancel your subscription, please cancel on the Cabot Medical website. Additionally, if you encounter problems, you may email us at cabotmed@cabotmedical.com.
Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing month, and you will not be charged for future months.
If you cancel your subscription mid-month, you will not receive a refund for the current month’s fees. However, your access to services will continue through the end of your billing period.

Important: Direct-Pay Service
Cabot Medical subscription services are provided on a direct-pay, cash-basis model. These fees do not constitute health insurance and do not replace health insurance coverage.
You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate health insurance coverage through another carrier.
Cabot Medical, PLLC does not bill insurance companies, and insurance typically does not cover these direct-pay subscription services.
