How it works

How Wegovy pill helps you lose weight

The Wegovy pill contains the same semaglutide molecule as the pen, formulated to be absorbed through the stomach. It works on the same GLP-1 pathway to reduce appetite and support steady weight loss.

Once daily, Tablet

Take once daily on an empty stomach with a small sip of water, then wait before eating or drinking anything else.

Your physician will start you on a low dose and adjust it monthly based on how you respond. Always follow the instructions provided with your prescription.
